Shipping & Delivery
- Custom dolls: Customers can choose more detailed product specifications. These items are shipped directly from our factory in mainland China (Shenzhen). Shipping time (including weekends): 2–7 days (varies by destination country).

- EU/US in-stock items: Popular TPE female dolls and torsos are shipped directly from our self-operated warehouses in Germany and the United States. Shipping time (including weekends): 2–5 days (varies by destination country).
- Delivery to EU is available to 27 EU countries and the UK, including: Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Germany.

* Restricted sales areas: Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Iran, etc.), certain U.S. states (Mississippi, Alabama), and parts of Africa (e.g., Egypt).
Regulated regions: India, Malaysia.

- If the customer has already selected their destination country/region, the store will automatically display prices for that location. If the destination country is changed using the country selector, the product page will update accordingly.

Returns & Refunds
If the received product does not match the description or has defects, please send photos or videos and keep the original packaging. Our customer service team will carefully review the issue and, once confirmed, issue a refund immediately!
